Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as body weight exercises.
Structured Weight Loss
This is a well detailed and planned diet and exercise program that is designed to help you strategically lose weight.
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being.
Nutrition and Diet
Nutrition directly affects recovery and function while a client is under the care of a physiotherapist and as such should be taken very seriously. Food consumption factors and patterns can influence the outcome of physical therapy. Therefore, our clients are educated on these factors as well as their dietary pattern relative to their conditions to ensure adequate recovery and return to daily routine.
Flat Tummy Goal
Abdominal fat is a prerequisite for conditions like Obesity and so having a flat tummy reduces the risk of being obese. Our fitness instructors have a set of laid out plans to help our clients achieve this fitness goal.
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a system of organizing cardio-respiratory training which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.
Dancing is a whole-body workout that’s actually fun. It’s good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging.
