Nutrition and Diet

HIIT

HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training): High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a system of organizing cardio-respiratory training which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.

Calisthenics

This are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements—running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. — often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, so essentially, bodyweight exercises.

Dance Workout

Dancing is a whole-body workout that’s actually fun. It’s good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination. A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging.

Post Natal Exercises

Postnatal exercises are important for you to regain the strength of your abdominal muscles, after the birth of your baby.
